A few years ago, my husband and I decided that instead of buying random gifts for each other for Christmas we would plan a trip for after Christas and New Years Eve. We have been to Nashville twice (had a redo after covid), Atlanta and this year we are heading to Orlando because a close friend is throwing an amazing event. The memories we make and the time we spend together are far greater than any material gift we may have given one another. As I have grown older, I have learned what is most important and that is time and adventures.
