Why I Preworkout...

Being a chronic snooze button junkie for most of my adult life, the thought of getting up to work out before the sun came up was a joke. Once I met Brandon, a 4:00 am gym rat I saw how it was such a positive start to his day. I decided to give up the limiting belief that I could not get up early, and began working out at 5:00 AM. I was dragging butt which made it difficult, so I tried out Pulse pre workout. I am super sensitive to caffeine, so I was a little leery, but I found that it gave me the energy I needed without making me feel jittery or having a crash after. Now, I start my day I always start with a go-go juice consisting of 1 scoop of Pulse, 1 scoop of Energy Surge, 1 scoop of Performance Surge and 1 scoop of Collagen Key. Tastes great and gives me what I need, plus my nails grow like weeds.
